Our Mission
Our mission is to help children with mental health needs be successful in their community and to reduce their risk of institutional placement by creating and coordinating family focused services that are flexible, strength-based, and culturally relevant.
Community Partnerships, Inc. is proud to be a United Way of Dane County partner agency, and is also supported by funding provided by the Dane County Department of Human Services.
